The Postmaster-General has draw attention to the fact that the Postal Rates printed on pages A-43 - 49 inclusive of the Hongkong Blue Book for 1910 are too bulky to be conveniently included in the Blue Book. Full information as to these rates can be found in the Hongkong Postal Guide for 1911 in which they take up 66 pages and I have the honour to suggest that in future it would be sufficient to insert in the Blue Book a short reference to the
pertinent passages in the Postal Guide.
